ALL Registered teams MUST submit a signed Team Roster, and all team members MUST sign and submit Individual Athlete Waiver Forms! Team registration packages are available for download below.

Completing of page 3 and 4 of the Team Application below is required to register, you can now submit payment directly online.

EARLY-BIRD TEAM REGISTRATION: $795.00 per team or $770 if registering multiple teams
(Registration must be received by April 7, 2023 to qualify for the early bird registration)

AFTER April 7, 2023 – TEAM REGISTRATION : $895.00 per team
($125 discount for multiple team registrations)
